Do I have to pay to use Dailyfrenchpod? How?

While our podcasts are free to listen to, the access to learning tools (review exercises, expansion vocabulary, PDF transcripts, keywords, grammar tutorials) requires a paid subscription via credit card. But if you choose to subscribe to the Free 7 Day Trial, you'll have access to all this content for free during a week.

I want to purchase a paid subscription but I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?

At this time we only allow payment using Paypal, a highly secure payment processing system.

My "Free 7 day trial" has expired. What happens now?

If you don't want to pay anything, you can still listen to our daily podcasts. They're free to listen to.
If you want to continue enjoying full learning content, you have to purchase a paid subscription for 1, 6 or 12 months. Click on "Subscribe", select the subscription you want and follow the instructions.

My paid subscription has expired. What happens now?

If you want to continue to enjoy full learning content, you need to purchase a new subscription as a new user. Click on "Subscribe", select the subscription you want and follow the instructions.

Can I increase the length of my subscription?

Yes. You don't need to wait until your subscription expires. Click on "Subscribe" and select the subscription you want. The additional time will be added to the time remaining on your current subscription.

I can't logon to Dailyfrenchpod. What's wrong?

4 possibilities:
1) your account has expired
2) you've entered a wrong password
3) You must have cookies enabled to log-in.
4) we may have technical problems . Please complete a diagnosis form, and we will investigate this as soon as we can.

I wish to cancel my subscription plan; how do I do this?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime, simply go to "My Account" and click "Cancel Subscription".
To remain as a member of Dailyfrenchpod, do nothing and your membership will automatically continue on the subscription plan you selected when you signed up.

I didn't receive my activation email.

You must complete sign-up process to receive your activation e-mail.
If you did not complete the paypal subscription please subscribe using the same e-mail and password here.

I am unable to view the pdf files.

We have supplied a test link here. If this link does not load, then you shall need to install or reinstall adobe reader. If the problem persists please send us an email, and we will fix this as soon as we can.
